A minimum purchase of AED 350 is required for all confirmed appointments. Your consultation will last one hour, and our team will bring the collection directly to you, allowing you to browse and place an order from the comfort of your home.

Please ensure you are available at the scheduled time, as this helps us provide a seamless and personalized experience. Our team will contact you on the morning of your appointment for final confirmation. Failure to confirm may result in your appointment being released.

To place an order, a 50% payment is required upfront, payable via cash or card at the time of the consultation. Once your order is ready, our team will contact you and send a secure payment link for the remaining balance. Your order will be dispatched only after full payment has been received and cleared.
